In a beautiful Beach Cottage
in the South of Thailand

Since the Tsunami our Dream Beach Villas do not exist any more.
In the same location we have rebuilt beautiful new beach cottages in New Sita Garden.

Dream Beach Villas

Two pretty little houses at the beach,
erected on stilts.
A concrete platform supports the stone walls, built in sandwich technique for insulation purposes. A ventilation layer carries the warm air up into the open. This keeps the rooms fairly cool.
All floors are beautifully tiled with cooling terracotta.

The electrical system was installed by German standards with secure ground.
There are many electrical sockets in the walls and lots of brilliant lights.
A telephone is available on special request as well as a PC with internet access.

Our waste water is NOT drained into the ground, as it is common all over Thailand;
instead we built the first recycling system in the province based on local materials --
it produces clear, odourfree, bacteria-free water for use in the garden.

Our pavillion at the beach (9K)

A cool spot is our pavillion right by the beach.
Here is the shady place to relax, set up your hammock,
or take a nap in a deck chair.

A private property:
Ideal for rest and relaxation

In addition we boast of a tiny "private beach",

Dream Beach Villas

The sea in front of the Dream Beach Villas
The sea is very beautiful though not crystal clear.

We often enjoy gorgeous sunsets.

Dream Beach Land (1 rai) (7K)
Some minor
changes were
performed.

On our property of 78 by 227 feet we built two small houses with two rooms each.
The contractor speaks good English, and was eager to introduce us to new building materials.
Mr. Chatree did even welcome many ideas from us that seem quite "bizarre" for standard Thai construction.

This elevated Thai-style cottage is for rent for only US$2000 per month in the high season:
including a large tiled bathroom, a sleeping room, a spacious living room/office, a vast terrace, and a kitchenette on the terrace.
Due to our ventilated double wall construction we have it fairly cool inside without an airconditioner
(although we provide one per sleeping room for your comfort).

Dream Beach Villa (6K)

We have a garage with a work shop, too.
We are proud to present the first purely biological water recycling system in the province of Phang Nga.
It produces absolutely clear water, without any odour and with zero bacteria - and it needs hardly any maintenance.
We use the water for the garden.
